Heavy-duty center hung, double acting floor closer. Non-handed. For interior or exterior doors. Max door weight 200 lbs. Max door size 4 Ft.0 In. x 8 Ft.6 In. Centering arm with adjustment screws in faces of door. Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing. Mechanism returns door to center. Available non-hold open (N) or automatic hold open (A) at 90 Degrees (requires 93 Degrees swing) or 100 Degrees (requires 103 Degrees swing).
