The LCN 1460-72DS1 633 is a versatile, high-performance door closer designed for both commercial and institutional applications. Crafted with a durable cast iron body and equipped with a full compliment bearing, this Grade 1 closer ensures reliable operation and longevity. Its 1-1/4 inch diameter piston and 3/4 inch single heat-treated pinion journal contribute to smooth, consistent closing action. All weather fluid and an adjustable spring size from 1 to 6 allow customization to accommodate interior doors up to 5 feet and exterior doors up to 4 feet wide. The closer is shipped with a standard arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self-reaming and tapping screws for straightforward installation.
Multiple cover options are available, including Standard (Slim line), Full, and Designer Series, allowing you to match the closer to your aesthetic preferences. The non-sized cylinder provides flexibility for various door sizes, and the closer can be mounted on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm on either right or left swinging doors. It meets ADA requirements, ensuring accessibility compliance. The finish is a durable Matte Brass (606/US4), with optional custom powder coat or plated finishes for enhanced corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environments.
