Lead lined heavy duty offset pivot set. Includes L180 top pivot. Handed. Max door weight 800 lbs. Max door width 4 Ft.0" Bottom pivot mounts directly to floor. Screw holes in top pivot and bottom arm spaced to straddle lead lining in the middle of the door.
