About the Marks USA 195F storeroom lever lock
The Marks 195F/26D is a Survivor Series Grade 1 cylindrical lock in the storeroom function, with a key-in-lever 6-pin cylinder, American lever, 3-7/16" rose, 2-3/4" backset and ASA curved lip strike, in satin chrome. It is non-handed, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors, meets ADA requirements and carries Marks' lifetime mechanical warranty.
In the storeroom function the outside lever is always locked and only the key opens the door, while the inside lever always lets people out. It is used on storage rooms, mechanical rooms and closets that should never be left unlocked.
